Ownership of the Platform

BridgeTricks and all of its components are owned and operated by BridgeTricks. This includes the source code, algorithms, and infrastructure that power the platform, as well as the user interface, visual design, layout, and overall look and feel.

The BridgeTricks name, logo, and all associated branding are also our property. Platform-generated outputs - such as simulation results, analyses, and statistics - belong to BridgeTricks, excluding any user-generated content as defined below.

These elements are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. No part of the platform may be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without prior written permission.

User-Generated Content

Content you create on BridgeTricks - such as bidding systems, conventions, notes, and structures built with the Bidding Architect - belongs to you. BridgeTricks does not claim ownership over your content.

By uploading or publishing content on the platform, you grant BridgeTricks a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, store, and make your content available as part of the service. If you choose to share content publicly (for example, publishing a bidding system to the community), it will be accessible to other users within the platform.

This license exists solely to allow BridgeTricks to operate. It does not transfer ownership of your content, and it ends when you delete your content or your account - except where the content has been shared with or copied by other users through normal platform features.

You may export or delete your content at any time through the tools available in your account.

Restrictions on Use

Unless you have received prior written permission from BridgeTricks, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform - including its interface, tools, features, or non-user-generated content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying algorithms of any BridgeTricks tool or service
• Use automated tools - including scrapers, bots, or crawlers - to extract data or content from the platform at scale
• Use platform content, outputs, or data to build or operate a competing product or service
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary markings on the platform
• Use the BridgeTricks name, logo, or branding in any way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without authorization

These restrictions do not limit any rights you may have under applicable law, including rights related to fair use or interoperability where legally permitted.

Reporting Infringement

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on BridgeTricks without authorization, or if you find BridgeTricks content being used elsewhere without permission, please contact us at support@bridge-tricks.com with the following:

• A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
• The URL or location where the infringement appears
• Your name and contact information
