Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using BridgeTricks, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, whether on a free or paid plan.

What BridgeTricks Provides

BridgeTricks is an online platform for contract bridge players. It offers tools for hand simulation, double dummy analysis, bidding system design, and online play. Features may vary depending on your subscription plan.

We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We aim to communicate significant changes in advance, but do not guarantee that every feature will remain available indefinitely.

Your Account

You are responsible for your account and everything that happens through it.

• Provide accurate information when creating your account
• Keep your login credentials secure and do not share them
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• One account per person - multiple accounts are not permitted

Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription (Pro plan). Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings - access continues until the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws
• Prices may change with reasonable notice - existing subscriptions will not be affected until their next renewal

Acceptable Use

You agree to use BridgeTricks in good faith. You may not:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the platform or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the platform at scale
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Publish content that is offensive, misleading, or violates the rights of others

Intellectual Property

The platform, its code, design, branding, and all non-user-generated content are owned by BridgeTricks and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Content you create on the platform remains yours.

Limitation of Liability

BridgeTricks is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do our best to keep the platform reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the extent permitted by law, BridgeTricks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. This does not affect any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Content you shared publicly may remain accessible to users who previously accessed it.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Where possible, we will notify you and give you an opportunity to resolve the issue before taking action.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the platform or by email. Continued use of BridgeTricks after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
